In this episode Allan talks about reducing the religious content he posts on TikTok.  Kattie talks about some of the difficult aspects of church attendance. Their 10 year daughter Zara joins them at the beginning to share some of her feelings as well!

  1. It’s hard to share your thoughts and beliefs etc. when you are often the”wrong” one because most or many around you believe they are in the “one true” way. I’ve coped the same way, by staying silent, to the point I’m afraid now to even say simple things like “I think you can feel people’s energy” and no one even knows who I really am. It’s def hurting me and effecting those around me.
