One of the key elements of their new Sunday routine is the concept of “words of the year.” Kattie and Allan share how they each chose a word that resonates with them personally and how they plan to integrate these words into their new Sunday routine. They also discuss the importance of encouraging their kids to explore new ideas, discover what “speaks” to them personally and how Sundays are the perfect opportunity for quality time together as a family.
